I, too, tried to contact this business for weeks but never got any response. This is either the worst run business out there, or is no longer in operation...I certainly hope it's the latter because if not, than I can honestly say I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life..

I have tried to contact them for the last 4 weeks and cannot get through. Are they still in business? I don't know, but I'd either like my carpets cleaned, or my money back. $147 is a significant sum.
