"I highly recommend Accurate Pest Control for all your exterminating needs. I have used them for racoons, stink bugs, and to rid centerpedes. I have an annual contract and am very satisfied with the work and have recommended the service to several of my closest friends. Stop letting bugs bug the hell out of you. I had a problem with field mice coming into the home a couple of months ago. I contacted Don and was able to get my neighbors to get treatment for this problem at the same time I was receiving treatment. Don found the area where the mice were coming in between the homes and sealed it off at no charge. All of the homes were also exterminated and rid of this mice problem. No i feel more at home. Thanks Don for getting these intruders out of the way.!!!"

"I called several times and their mailbox was full. Finally I left a message that I would like to set up an appointment. After over 3 weeks I never heard from them, so I requested a refund, which was granted. Apparently they were overwhelmed, but I was disappointed and do not have a good impression of Service Alley on my first experience."

"Company does not seem to exist. When I called the contact numbers, I got a recording which did not mention Accurate Termite or exterminator services at all; seemed to just be an individual's personal phone. I left messages at both numbers but never received a call back. I was glad when Service Alley responded to others' complaints and rescinded the offer; giving customers the choice of getting their money back or using the credit with a different, hopefully more responsible, company."

"UPDATE as of 05/14/2013 - We have used Accurate twice now and have had very good experiences with them. They have been very responsive and have taken care of the problems we have had with small ants. He was on time and performed the service as we had hoped. We had an issue with those small black ants being in just about every room after the season changed. I will use them again next year or if something else pops up without hesitation."

"Don was great. Worked with me to schedule a service which was quite cheap. He walked around the house and inside to spot pest entry areas. Filled poison traps, set up glue traps etc. and even sprayed the outside of my house for spiders. The only thing I was hoping that he would do beyond identify problem areas is to actually patch them with mortar/foam insulation which he did not do. Happy with his service, though."

"Accurate Pest Control was very professional and promoted when I got in touch with them about my problem. Mr. Don was POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR. I was hearing scratching noise in the attic of my house and didn’t know what it was. I couldn’t sleep not knowing what it was. I was told it might be a squirrel. A friend gave me Accurate Pest control number. I called Mr. Don and left a message. He finally called me back. When he came out I told him what the problem was and what I was told it could be. He informed me that it could be several things. He went up in the attic to check it out. He found "RAT" droppings. I asked how could that be. He told me that there was a whole in the party wall and that was how they were getting in. So I called my neighbor to let them know. Mr. Don went to their house and showed them what he showed me. They also had droppings. Mr. Don was able to take care of mines and the neighbors problem. Plus he was very reasonable with his price and gave us a discount for our next treatment with him. Mr. Don I just want to say thank you again for giving me a piece of mind so that I could get a good night sleep."

"I recently discovered mice and squirrels in my attic. I called Accurate Termite, Bedbug and Pest Control Services, Mr. Donald Edwards at 1:00pm on or about the 28th of February 2013. Mr. "E" called me back within the hour. We discussed my discovery, he informed me that he was licensed to trap squirrels and an approximate price as well as a plan forward. Mr. "E" made me aware of his current location which was approximately thirty miles away and gave me a time that he could make it to my residence that day. Mr. "E" arrived at my house at the time we discussed and went right to work. This man certainly loves his job because there is no way I would have had the courage to crawl in the small space in which he did in order to set the poison and traps. Mr. "E" also made a general minor repair such that the mice and or squirrels would not be able to return to my attic at any point in the future. Mr. "E" is a personable professional man. He's easy to talk to and that's half the battle. Today is the 3rd of March 2013 and Mr. "E" and I have been in constant communication everyday and he's been back to my house three (3) times since the 28th of February. I 'am more than satisfied with his work, professionalism and his ability to get the job done in a timely manner. Mr. "E" informed me he would follow up in a couple of days but if there were any signs of mice or squirrels to contact him immediately. I highly recommend Mr. "E" if you or family/friends have any pest issues. Its really refreshing to find a company that really stand behind their work and do a great job for reasonable prices. "

"Accurate Pest Control is the best Extermination Company in the whole DMV!!! Not only have we called this company for service during off peak hours (like when we heard an owl in the attic), but their staff have crawled through our rafters, and basement, and under our patio, searching for rodents, and creatures that were invading our home. Last year, Accurate Pest Control, came out to our home located in the forest and fought off and captured a nest of bats that were causing our neighbors and our family fear and harm for possible rabies exposure. Not too long after that, Accurate Pest Control, terminated a nest of black wasps that were keeping us from enjoying the whole entire back yard of our estate home because they would attack us if we just walked near or on the side or backyard of our home, and had stung us numerous times. Just last week, Accurate Pest Control came out and destroyed a nest that was found in the rafters of our basement, which was an unknown creature (pictures of the nest are available.) The nest was constructed of mud and straw but yet the animal was no where to be found. Not only did Accurate Pest Control destroy and remove the embedded nest which was mud-glued to a steel beam high up near the ceiling of the furnace room, but they also sealed all possible holes of entry and baited the entire home from future filtrations. We've been using Accurate Pest Control for over 10 years and will continue to use them as long as we are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Areas. Without a professional and seasoned veteran exterminator, a homeowner is at risk of pest invasion which can destroy and put their home and loved ones in danger of disease, rabies, and bizarre circumstances, so hire Accurate Pest Control today.
