"great plumbing company to deal with. i called alert plumbing and sewer to replace a sump pump. after the replacement was complete the plumber (Ed) tested the new installation of the pump he found that the check valve was very noisy and said that it would be a good idea to replace it before it causes stress to the new pump by allowing the water to release back into the sump pump and recirculate the water instead of being discharged out of my house. the new check valve costed about 20 dollars and 30 minutes of his time that he did not tack onto my bill. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY BOOK! would definently recommend to others."
