"Wan D. Staff, including Joan, Ed, and technicians Charles and Terrence were all very pleasant, professional and helpful. Charles explained procedures and care of finished product. Tub tub was originally blue and is now white. Tub looks good, my only complaint was that tub was very rough and grainy - sides, top, etc. The company was very understanding and sent techs to reglaze the tub. It is still somewhat grainy, but I guess I will have to live with it. A+ for staff; B- finiished product. Still better than replacing the tub."

"Easy to make the appointment, tech showed up on time. Tech was very respectful of my home and careful of dust, odors etc. I had to ask him to do a second coat on the tub because when I inspected the finished product I found the paint coverage was uneven. He was agreeable to do another coat right then or come back another time. He did it again right then even though he had to get out all the equipment and tape everything again. He was very responsive to my request, but would have left if I hadn't inspected carefully."
