"Our oven "blew" just as my homemade rolls for our lunch were in the last 5 minutes of their baking cycle! I called Appliances Pros on Monday morning and they were able to send someone out that same day, which was very helpful and different from past experiences with appliance companies. The diagnosis of the problem was quick and explained well. The part was ordered on site and day later, oven is fixed and I no longer have an excuse not to bake! My experience was very positive and would recommend to the prince william county"

" They came when they said they would and fixed my Thermador range which I love. Another company had said I needed to replace it, but Al found the problem, ordered the part and got it working like new. Thanks for a job well done! They saved me a lot of money, and I will recommend them highly and use them again."

A repair on my dryer that I thought would just be for the bearings turned out to be a few more things that these guys called out before even starting. "On Sunday afternoon we discovered that our refrigerator was not cooling properly and our food was going bad. I called Appliances Pro. monday morning and by 2pm my frig was fixed. Nick arrived early, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, gave me a great price on the part and was out the door in 20 minutes. I had them out one other time to fix my washing machine. It was the same story. Quick, friendly, reasonably priced service. I highly recommend them. "

"I had some problems with my refrigerator for some reason it was not cooling good enough. I fill up site appointment form online with Appliance Pro. The same day I received a call to see if it would be ok to stop the same day because they noticed the call was for a refrigerator which they consider a priority. I was surprise and staticly happy, the technician was on time and repaired my refrigerator the same day!!!!!!! I will continue to use them and praise their good service"

"I was having problem with my dryer it was not not working nicely. I call Appliances Pro for repair, technician arrived at my place at schedule time frame. He was very friendly, polite and very focus on his work. within 15 min my dryer was perfect. I am very happy with his service and would definitely recommend them."

"We were having problem with my oven which was not holding temperature. As i was looking for local company for repair and i call them for appointment. Technician arrived at my home, he diagnosis the problem and give estimate before starting anything. He was very friendly and polite and within 15min he fix my oven which was working great. I was impressed with his way of doing his job. Would recommend them and use them in future. "

"Me and my wife was very much impressed with their work in our old washing machine. Technician was very knowledgeable and well experienced he found out what was wrong with it and ordered a part for washer. Within 2 days part was in and our washer was working great, he saved our money from buying new one. I would surely use them again if have any problem."

"My refrigerator stop working suddenly, so i call them to look after my ref. i asked for the evening time after my work and they were ready to come around 7 wow...technician who arrived at my place was smart and friendly, he worked on my ref for 15 min and ref was stated working fine and even they didn't charged me for extra for evening. Would use them again if have any problem with my appliances."

" Appliances pro inc is great! They have been fixing my appliances for years, because I have many rental properties and it's way cheaper than just replacing the whole unit. I have to say that nobody is as fast and to the point as they are. They are always there and they get the job done and done right. I have never had a tenet complain about a problem with the appliances after they were fixed by them. Don't use anyone else, these are your guys."
