"100% satisfied with job they completed on cleaning my Chinese oriental silk 10 foot x 13 foot area rug. Pick up was on time, cleaning was spectacular, delivery was courteous, and they laid it in my home exactly where I wished to put it. I would hire them again, and recommend them to anyone. Thanks a million! Rug cleaning has been our specialty since 1952. Our owner's grandfather passed this knowledge down to his son and then the current generation. Our system of cleaning is different than most in Washington because we actually have a wash pit, ringer, and dry rooms. It's quite something to see. You are welcome to visit us in Chantilly anytime so you can see the process first hand.

Thank you for allowing us to clean your rugs. Our process of cleaning synthetic and most wool rugs is truly amazing to see. It involves 6 technicians, 6,000 sq.ft. of dedicated space, a huge wash pit, 2 climate controlled dry rooms and a very large wringer. I invite everybody to stop by our Chantilly facility and see our process for yourself.
