Tom and his crew were professional, stayed within the budget, and repaired / renovated our crumbling 1940's bathroom beautifully. The tiling is really well done. Tom offered members of his crew for smaller projects around the house. I would use them again.

Bath ReNu recently redid two bathrooms in our condo, plus a number of side projects. The work was done well, and we are very happy with the results. The project went slightly over the estimated time, but they wrapped things up quickly. The project went slightly over budget, but that was only because we upgraded a few fixtures. The crew working on site were quick, friendly and more than competent. The plumber who worked on our condo was a genius. His name is Rubin. He set up an amazing drain system in our washer/dryer closet and reset the pipes in the closet. At the very end, we needed to oversee the final cleanup of our place. We would highly recommend Bath ReNu.

They just finished a complete remodel of our main floor bathroom, which had been the victim of a shoddy remodel job sometime in the past decade. The shower pan was leaking, so we needed to rip everything out and redo it all. We replaced the stall shower with a bath tub, replaced an old vanity with a pedestal sink, replaced the toilet, and redid all of the tile. We had two major goals: to make it more child-friendly, as we have a baby coming, and to open it up and make it brighter (it's a very small bathroom). Bath Renu were the fifth contractor that we spoke to about this project, and not only were they the most professional and easiest to communicate with, but their bid beat the others by $2000. Once we decided to go with Bath Renu, everything moved very quickly and the remodel was done in about a week. They worked quickly and the house was always spotless at the end of the day. The only snag came when the sink that we picked out was not available; we simply described what we were looking for to Tom and let him pick one out, and we are very happy with the choice that he made. The end result is gorgeous. Start to finish, we were satisfied with every single aspect of the project. I would absolutely work with them again.

Bath ReNu completed the renovation of our 18-year-old master bathroom. I had started the demolition and decided to use a contractor once I saw how rotted the subfloor was and the amount of work needed. My wife and I designed the floor plan and found/procured all of the fixtures except the glass shower and hardware, floor heater, 2 pocket lights, drywall/durock, and numerous miscellaneous items. This is included in the total spend of $27,000, with $17,849 paid to Bath ReNu. We are very pleased with the outcome. We had our bumps along the road, a number of them caused by us (delays in receipt of item and incorrect orders) and some caused by Tom's team. We notified Tom of problems as we saw them. Each case was handled promptly and professionally. This included small to more critical items like scratches in the marble floor and incorrect shower sizing. Tom took each request seriously and responded wonderfully. This is the first time that I chose to use a contractor (I do most of this work myself) and one of my fears was in this area. This fear never materialized. Tom's quote was that this would take 3 to 4 weeks. It took 8 weeks. We caused most of the delays. Tom was flexible in re-planning and then set up the team to return when we were ready. There were a few times that we expected some activity and it did not happen. I believe the scheduling became challenging after our delays. All in all it was well managed with constant communication (cell and email). If we were to do it again, we would 1) use Bath ReNu and 2) plan our ordering and design better to avoid causing delays.
