"I was very pleased with my experience with BEACON Electrical Services. My initial contact by phone was very professional and polite. Setting up an appointment was easy and BEACON followed up with email to confirm. Their technician rrived on time and awas equally polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He explained to me in terms I could understand what the problem was and how he proposed to resolve it. He set to work and finished the task in a timely manner and BEACON's rates are fair and reasonable. I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for electrical services in the future and would be happy to recommend them to others. "

"I am very pleased with the quality of service we received today from Beacon Electrical Services. From start to finish, the service was professional, organized and pleasant. My initial call to Stephanie reflected great customer service. She was very helpful and was able to set up an appointment with a very quick turn around time. The electrician that was sent to our home, Victor, was incredibly helpful and skilled. He completed the tasks we requested (including some others that were discovered) always keeping quality and safety in mind at all times. He made great suggestions for future tasks without being forceful at all. Victor was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely consider him for future work in our home. I should note that we had another company come out to review the same work and the prices were much higher and service level did not compare. Victor was ready and willing to the work the same day for a much more reasonable cost! I highly recommend Beacon for your electrical work! "
