I bought the voucher for 2 hours of labor and we just used it. The guys from Cascade were friendly and helpful. They had to run out to get supplies since (of course) our toilet is odd and they didn't have the correct supplies on hand. The did NOT charge us for the time spent obtaining the supplies. They repaired the toilet as well as the valve in our bathroom all in less than the time allotted and only charged us for the parts. I was very happy with the deal and my husband, who oversaw the whole thing, said the guys from Cascade were terrific to work with.
