"We needed to have our roof replaced after 21 years. The sales rep was knowledgeable and left us with a detailed, written contract, which he reviewed with us in detail before he left. The price was lower than those submitted by two competitors. The workmen showed up on time and completed the entire job in one day, including some gutter work. The bill from the company originally did not include a promised discount, but the business office was quick to fix its error. Overall, we had a very positive experience. P.S. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, but no roofer every gets EVERY nail. We have found two. At least they didn't promise the impossible. "
