"I asked them for an estimate. They said they couldn't provide one, since their power was out and their computers were down. After the power outage was over, I called again, and asked for an estimate. No response. Not recommended."

"Blatantly false advertising. They advertise countertops in 48 hours. It took multiple calls to make an appointment for measurements, then the first appointment was four days later. They measured last week, refused to provide an estimate as to when the tops would be ready, and I am STILL waiting for a call to arrange installation. "

"They came to measure my kitchen counter with a hi-tech computer program.....didn't work well. The Silestone was cut too short. I paid $500 for one day installation to my kitchen design company. No refund or partial refund and it took 3 days by the time all was done. They also scratched my walls during the counter top installation and tore off an electric socket during the process. I was no happy with this company."

"Just had granite countertops installed - I was very happy with the company. They offered good pricing - I checked with a few places (e.g. Big box, home improvement and decorator stores) and the pricing was superior - and we had the countertops fully installed in the same week that we finished selecting our options. There were a couple minor issues with the install, but the company fixed them promptly and to our satisfaction. I worked with Bill and Betsy and would definitely recommend them and the company. "

"[READ DETAILS] The counters are decent. We specifically had Counter Intelligence, Inc. come to our home to measure/provide estimate to fit SILESTONE tops on our cabinets. We're pretty savvy shoppers and kept looking. Turns out we found a FANTASTIC deal at Home Depot for SILESTONE counters. What was even more hillarious, was that the Home Depot Installer is Counter Intelligence. They say they will beat big box retailers, but that was CERTAINLY not the case with us. What was even more irritating was that they attempted to bill us for the measurement direct when we paid everything to Home Depot. Eventually they backed off. Aside from their INFURIATING business operation, the counters (product) are decent. I can't speak very highly of the installation though. I was fairly annoyed when I was told they couldn't notch the door molding to install the counter. Good thing I had a chisel and did it myself. I'm sorry, I just paid you like $4,000 bucks and all you do is carry the counter tip in and sit it on the cabinets? Seriously..... We are very happy with the end product despite dealing with this company."
