"C.R.H. Concrete Services did an excellent job replacing the concrete porch, steps, and sidewalk at the front entrance of my townhouse in Gaithersburg in March 2011. The previous concrete structures were very aged, with cracked and worn surfaces and uneven settling after at least 30 years since installation. C.R.H. provided a free estimate via email that was complete and reasonable. The work was done approximately a week after I accepted their bid and completed in 2 days and included removal of all previous structures and their replacement. The new structures look beautiful, and the area was very neat and clean after the work. I greatly appreciated that I did not have to provide any payment until the work was completed, and that I could use the convenience of a credit card for payment. There was a little bit of delay in communication during the estimate process due to some computer issues on their end, but this was a minor problem. Suzanne S."
