"DGD helped us with our landscape plan for a fairly large backyard in Capitol Hill. Jennifer was very informative about what we could and couldn't build, given our bad soil and limited light. She delivered a beautiful paving and garden plan and was mindful of our somewhat limited budget. We can't wait to see the plants all bloom next spring!"

Jennifer was really helpful in letting us know what to expect in terms of installed costs and helped us put together a plan with plants that won't get too big or overgrown. She also put us in touch with the contractor that ultimately installed the project, who was terrific!!"

"We didn't use DGD for a garden plan but we did get GREAT USE out of a consultation! We have been ignoring our garden for too long and Lindsey came to see us. She was able to ID our plants and also gave us great advice on pruning and getting rid of these little bugs that were eating all our flowers. Plus, they recommend organic stuff, so no nasty chemicals!"

"Owner Jennifer G. Horn took me on a stroll through my yard with so many great ideas! I was thrilled with all of them. She writes down the scientific names of every plant and tree, as well as the easier to refer to "commonly called" names for you. Be aware: this is not your grandfather's landscape designer. It is very new and interesting. She adapts to what your situation is, shady/sunny, what trees are important to you or she thinks should be kept and what can be removed, and she really inspired me to make some huge changes in all sides of the house.
