"Eastern Design Construction (Mr. Sam Yoon) did an outstanding job on our rather challenging 2nd story addition. The addition blends in so well with the rest of the house that you can't tell that it was not part of the original structure. The finishing work and attention to detail was top-notch. His crews were courtious, friendly and very nonintrusive. The work areas were broom swept every day (very clean). Most importantly Mr. Yoon brought the project in on-time and on budget. Speaking of budget.... I bid this project out to five prominent local builders. During my down select/negotiations, the other four builders basically told me that there was no way this project could be done for the price Eastern Design bid and basically told me ".... you'll be sorry and you'll get what you pay for..." I did get what I paid for and then some. Bottom line, this was the most, by far, pleasant experience I've ever have with a building contractor (and I have built multiple houses and have done multiple rennovations). Mr. Yoon did everything that he said he would do.... with no hassle! As soon as I have the funding, I will use Eastern Design for my next project!
