Started out great and the work that was done was done quickly. However, we have had issues with a couple of areas and although it was promised that they would be addressed, they never were and now the company seems to be gone. One number no longer in service; one no answer; no response from email. Very disappointing. Additionally, prior to work being done, we were never told about the intense chemical fumes from the polyurethane. This caused major issues. Also think that the finish should be glossier than it is.
