Miguel was on time, professional, easy to work with and very hard working. In the 6 hours he spent at my apartment today he didn't even take a break because he wanted to get the job done. Miguel did some minor work for me and then also some bathroom work including regrouting and recaulking. He had to deal with a difficult job as the bathroom was old and quite dirty. "The work is always done professionally and with a smile. My service was provided by Miguel. As others have stated, Miguel arrives early and is very pleasant to work with. He knows what he's doing and if time permits, he doesn't mind fixing something minor. The one down side I have personally is that I like to take advantage of the coupons. Miguel comes with another worker and rather than getting 5 hours of work, he cuts it down to 2 1/2 hours because of the two people. You are also charged at a double rate when there are two people. If you don't know this in advance, you're not prepared to pay the astronomical fee. Otherwise, he does great work, clean up behind himself, and is very personable. I really like him, I just have a problem with understanding how he changes the coupon. I do suggest that he should call and discuss the work and materials prior to coming, so trips to the store do not eat into the work time. My third suggestion is the charge should start when the work starts, not when they arrive. "

"I bought the 4 hour coupon for Fast Fix Handyman Service to repair a big hole in my drywall by my front door that my dog made when she was home alone during the derecho storm. She tore a hole about 6 inches wide and 3 feet high, plus she tore off the molding around the front door. Yup, she was just a little freaked out! But I spoke with Miguel, then emailed him photos of the damage, and he came prepared. He patched and painted the drywall, put up and painted new molding and still had time to repair some rotten wood on the outside of the door and caulk. It looks good as new. He left the area spotless. "Miguel and his coworker did a beautiful job installing a drywall ceiling in our downstairs spare room, complete with crown molding and some very clever work-arounds that they had to devise to accommodate a thin copper pipe and electrical wiring that made the project less than simple. They also primed and painted the trimwork around 10 windows that we'd had replaced but hadn't had the time to do ourselves. "MigueI worked hard to remove a natural finish on our fence with pressure washing, sanding, and stain remover and came multiple times as needed when the weather and temperature allowed it to be possible and ideal for removing the finish. "It's hard to overstate how great the work Miguel does is, and how affordable it is. Miguel fixed numerous holes in my ceiling and walls that resulted from plumbing work. Not only was the quality unbelievable, but the price was so good I had him continue to do other work needed in the house. My only concern is that he will be so busy it'll be hard to book him in the future!"

"Miguel arrived on time. I purchased the supplies he recommended ahead of time. Miguel is a deliberate worker. Overall the work was done very well. However, I need to have Miguel return to complete a few items because I had afternoon commitments. In hindsight, I should have advised him of my time limits upfront. I only have small chunks of time to devote to the repairs that I need done. Very satisfied so far."

"Miguel arrived on time and had everything he needed for the jobs we had set up. He did a beautiful job installing shelves in a closet and hanging a light fixture. He also changed out some bad hinges on my kitchen cabinets and let me know how many more hinges I need to complete the job. Very helpful! I would definitely recommend him to anyone."
