"My wife and I wanted to let you know that Edgar did a terrific job on the work. He was prompt and worked very hard to accomplish our "to-do" list. He kept a clean working space, which was very important since we have a small living area and if there were any concerns about the work, Edgar was able to talk it through with us so we could make an informed decision on how to proceed. We appreciate the opportunity to work with Fix It Right and should we have any further work, you will be our first call. We will also be sure to recommend your services in the future. "I bought a deal through Service Alley for "Fix It Right" to install a kitchen sink nad faucent, replace a toilet shut-off valve, and add a new main water shutoff for my 1950s house. They were prompt and courteous from planning through completion and did all this work (not easy considering the age of the house) on time and with a GREAT attitude for customer service. I HIGHLY recommend them !"

"I had a wonderful experience with Fix it Right Handyman. I had a list of items I needed fixed and he was able to get several of the items done. They replaced some window molding, painted a couple doors, fixed a paper towel dispenser and rehung my lattice on my deck. I highly recommend them."

"This outfit never answered the phone listed on this site. They never answered the email sent to them through this site. Their own website linked on this site is practically unusable and has a phone number that gets a recorded voice saying, "That number is incorrect." "

"Everything went very well, Diego and his crew were great. Think they got more work from my neighbor when he came by to talk to them. My wife and I were impressed by their professionalism, speed, knowledge and quality work. Diego communicates and interfaces with customers very, very well. "I experienced the same problem as David D.: sending an e-mail through the company's website and not receiving a response. I was interested in purchasing the 6 hour handyman special, and had some questions. But if they won't return an e-mail, what confidence do I have they will show up for the job? I can understand if there is a problem receiving an e-mail sent to them via the Service Alley website, but I went to the company website and clicked on "Contact Us"."

"!st attempt of using Fix It Right handyman was a failure. "Handyman" was rude, arrogant, kept cancelling. "Handyman" voice message box was always full. Their recorded voice message made it sound like a team of operators was answering the phone, but it was actually only one person. When they responded to e-mail, they did not respond to the original e-mail, but started a new e-mail chain which made it hard to keep track of who said what. I looked for this "handyman" in the Maryland State Home Improvement database, but could not find anything on him or his company. All home improvement contractors must be licensed with Maryland DLLR. I will not use this service again!"

"I purchased 6 hrs of handyman services from Fix It Right Handyman Services for $275 some time ago. I'm not sure what is going on there? Has Diego lost his help? His response to emails and phone calls have been pitiful. When he finally does call back, he claims he has been trying to reach me and questions if I have gotten his emails or voice mails - what?! He was scheduled to finally come out here yesterday at 9:30 am to do power washing of my house (sides and back) and deck, clean gutters and if time, to wash windows. He called at 8:15 to say he would be a little late...around 10:00 - okay no prob; I call him at 10:20 and he claims he is still stuck in traffic and his GPS is showing he should arrive in 45 min (did he have another appt?)...he finally shows at noon with barely an apology and still blaming traffic. He says he doesn't normally handle Maryland - whatever. He goes to clean the gutters - says he didn't know he was supposed to do that - and removed a couple of shutters from the back of my house. Diego then knocks on my door and says his power washer is broken and he has to leave! My whole day was messed up - I'm having an outdoor party this weekend - and, I am not a happy camper at all. Diego claimed he could come back today...I told him I was on a conference call and would call his cell as soon as it was over and let him know if that would work. Well, I called him back an hour later and have heard nothing. p.s. would not recommend fix it right handyman but service alley did refund my monies"

"Too many disappointments to list. Diego--not so great, Kerry--terrific! I had a big job to do plus some other not-so-big jobs so I knew one voucher wouldn't cut it so I purchased 2, 1 through Service Alley and 1 directly on the company's website (I would have purchased more but there is a limit). What should have been 3-4 days of work turned into 5+. Diego's team of workers are way too slow for my liking and along the way, they kept running into issues which required me to make SEVERAL trips to the store. And the company has the nerve to charge a service fee. They should be paying me for all the gas I burned. I agree with every other negative review. Do not give this company your business unless you want to be given excuses, wait around for them to show up (or not show up), etc. "

"I did not have a good experience with this coupon. The painting job was the worst, literally paint everywhere. Out of the list of six jobs he only completed one correctly. Very disappointed. "

"I took advantage of a coupon that gave me six hours of handyman services. I gave them a list of projects and we agreed on which ones they would work on. There was some communications confusion but we got it sorted out. Diego Guerra, the owner, showed up on time, completed all the projects, and was very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are already using him again for additional projects."

"I purchased the coupon for 6 hours of handyman service for $275. I had various small jobs I needed done so I emailed the company and Diego, the owner, got back to me quickly. He as very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the things on my list and was very good about explaining what he was doing and how things worked. I have asked him for a quote for some larger jobs I am considering. "

"wow these guys were great they came over to my townhouse chaged my garbage disposal, tow light fixtures and caulked my showers and patch up some drywall repairs it was great experience and the price was the best price ont town 6 hours of handyman serivces for $275.00 dollars of work i will be asking them to return for the spring to do my to do list and power washing my house & my gutters this spring thank you Fixrithandyman "

"Total Thumbs Up for Diego! The current coupon is an amazing deal as is Diego's work. I am going to recommend Diego to all of my friends - especially all the women I know who are weary of hiring a Handyman. He just left here fixing a myriad of things in my condo: installed a new kitchen sink faucet, installed new water lines and faucets under the sink, installed a new dishwasher, replaced the power outlet for the stove, and stopped the toilet from running. Diego showed up on time, is super polite, and explained what he was doing along the way in great detail. I've already started a new list of things items he can work on for me. I feel very relieved to have found Diego through Service Alley because now I have someone I can count on to help fix things around my home. Thanks Diego!"
