Northwest Carpet Cleaning is professional from start to finish. They are courteous and efficient. My home contains beautiful wood floor and bannister areas and buffers were used to protect those areas when the cleaning equipment was brought into our home. With their special care, my family room area rug and kitchen chairs looked like new. Our musty basement odor was eliminated, with the application of freshly, scented deodorizer. Northwest Carpet Cleaning takes pride in their work! I would not hesitate to call them again.
