When using our storage service, your items are first inventoried for their condition, and then wrapped. By using our storage, the overall cost of your move will increase slightly due to the fact that extra time is required for inventorying.

When going to storage your invoice will remain open from the time the job starts until the time the last piece is placed in our storage, plus travel time. This will be the exact case upon delivery, you will be charged from the time we start loading our truck until the last piece is delivered into your home, plus travel time.

If you find it might be necessary for you to have access to your belongings notify your moving consultant on booking.

You only pay for the storage you use and we offer daily, monthly or long-term storage.

If you are shipping internationally or moving overseas, and exporting personal belongings, household goods, boxes, crates, pallets, furniture, appliances, commercial cargo, manufactured goods, or if your auto, car, van, pick-up truck , or boat needs to be shipped overseas, we will help you with all our shipping methods to ensure a safe, fast, and efficient move for your shipment. Long distance moves are calculated based on the amount of goods you wish to ship cross-country. In other words the household inventory list you have.

Your driver will present you with the Bill of Lading. This authorizes the carrier to transport your goods. Your driver is also required to complete a Household Goods Descriptive Inventory of items included in the shipment with a note of their condition. You will be then asked to sign the Inventory.
If any additional services are necessary, the driver with your signature must also complete the Additional Services Performed Origin/Destination Service and Delivery Report
