"We chose this deal primarily for the flushing of our hot water heater. The man who came said that our hot water heater was over 8 years old and the fine print said they don't flush hot water heaters over 8 years old. I never saw the fine print; I really don't think there was such a disclaimer. "

"The gentleman who came to my house was certainly professional and did what I thought was a good job at the time. When I had the same problem almost exactly a month later, I was told that the problem was inside my property and that there was no warranty. However, they would be willing to come out and take pictures of my drain for an additional fee as well as charging me for a second cleanout of my drain."

"I live in Woodbridge and purchased the deal. When I contacted the company they advised they did not cover where I lived and would come out when they have a job in Lorton. You guess it, they never could schedule an appointment even though their website claims they cover Woodbridge. What a rip off. "
