My husband and I are EXTREMELY pleased with our new master bathroom. From conception to completion, Kitchen and Bath Factory worked for and with us in an organized and efficient manner. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project. Communication between the client and the design and construction team was very attentive. You sense their concern for your contentment all along the process. Our bath was completed on time and for a reasonable price. They will be updating 3 other baths for us soon. We had a wonderful experience working with Bob and David -- our kitchen is gorgeous and has exceeded all of our expectations! Bob's idea to put in a "picture window" was brilliant -- we now have a very large, beautiful window of our backyard. David's design -- including new placements for our sink, dishwasher and refrigerator -- have made the kitchen both attractive and functional. Kitchen and Bath Factory did a complete remodel of our kitchen and we are very satisfied with the work. We had a kitchen design from the 1980's that needed an updated and improved layout, as well as new floors, cabinets, counters, appliances and lighting. After much research, we settled on Kitchen and Bath Factory because they seemed most attuned to our needs. We found them to be polite, responsive and clear as to what the process would be should we choose them. The planning process went smoothly and we were particularly appreciative that the dsigner and contractor took the time to explain why one option might be better than another. We never felt as though we were being sold anything we didn’t want. Once we settled on a design, K&B Factory prepared a detailed schedule—and then stuck to it. The planning process was so thorough that once work began there were no surprises. The workers did a good job of keeping things clean and were very pleasant. The quality of the work was high: seams, joints, corners, etc. fit well. Overall we are happy with our new kitchen and would certainly recommend Kitchen and Bath Factory to others.

Kitchen and Bath Factory was recommended to us by neighbors who had used them for their kitchen renovation. Like us, they had a small kitchen and needed ideas about how to maximize their space. Their plan for our space was great and ball park estimates of the cost were remarkably close to the final cost. Both the designer and contractor were aware that we were doing this kitchen prior to listing our house for sale, and worked with us to produce a lovely, up-to-date and cost effective renovation. The project started on time and was finished on time -- important to everyone who's had to live without a kitchen sink! The contractor and his crew kept the house as clean as possible during construction, which included removing a wall, for which I was very grateful! As with all construction projects, there were a few minor glitches, but everything was sorted out quickly and satisfactorily. Kitchen and Bath were always available to answer questions. If we end up in a new home that needs kitchen or bath redos, KBF will be the first ones we call -- we can heartily recommend them and the entire team.
