"If you need any siding, roofing or windows Lake Ridge Construction is the first place the start and stay with. My experience with them has been outstanding. I had quite a bit of work done and the estimates I received for each part was within my budget. I was kept informed at the beginning of each phase of work (I had some roof repair, skylight, siding rand windows replaced) and told about how long it project would take. They completed the work within the time frame they told me. I more than highly recommend them - they are all just super from the office staff to the actual workman. "

"Lake Ridge Construction did an incredible job replacing our roof. We called for an estimate and they came out the next day. Not only did they provide a verbal estimate but they sent us a detailed proposal. They were very professional and timely, and everyone I spoke to was courteous and friendly. Someone from their office even made a special trip to our house to let us borrow a sample board of shingle colors. There were no surpises and the entire process went smoothly. I have nothing but good things to say about them."

"These people were great. On time, within budget and even let me do it on payments because I'm on disability. Given the hard times that everyone is going through and that this is a small business, this is a true "find" for that to do list for your house. After dealing with another contractor that actually threatened me after cancelling a contract because they were late, lost paperwork and totally rude, these people were like talking to neighbors and relatives coming to help. This was after the Twin Snow Storm in DC, so you can imagine the damages I was dealing with. I cannot say enough. Use these people!"

"The work was professional and workers were friendly. We had a small problem with door alignment, but when I called back the response was positive and timely. The fix was completed within a day. I am very happy with Lake Ridge and will probably call them back for work in the future."

"I had them come out to fix a leak in the roof a few months back, the leak has now returned and they have not come back to even look at it. They have scheduled three separate appointments with me and have not shown up for any of them. Now they don't even answer the phone or return my phone calls. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB. I would not recommend working with this company at all. If you look at other website reviews, several people have the same complaints. Consumer beware with this company!"
