"I contracted M&D Home Repair to paint the interior of my town-home, and install new carpeting. They went far and beyond the call of duty! I strongly recommend them, and I know who I am going to call in the future if there is anything I need done to my home. I made a huge mistake placing the order for the carpet which threatened to delay the work since we would have to wait for the correct carpet to arrive. But Ivan offered to fetch samples from different stores and show them to me so we could establish a match, and get the product the next day. Ivan finished both the painting and the carpeting quickly and on time, and the final product is excellent. He once more went the extra mile with his attention to detail and perfection, and I am very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. "

"I purchased the deal from Service Alley to power wash my decks . Ivan arrived promptly (actually a few minutes early) to do the deck. He also pressure washed the concrete area which leads to my deck and moved the furniture I was unable to move. He spent a long time performing this work. I got a wonderful deal and would not hesitate to hire Ivan and his company in the future if a need arises. He was very thorough and did not rush through the job. "

"M&D Home Repairs knocked our socks off! In 17 years of doing home projects, they were the best team we have ever worked with. They were prompt and courteous in calling back to set up an appointment. They showed up and showed up on time for that appointment. They asked good questions to scope the project and turned around the quote within 24 hours. We scheduled the project involving plumbing and drywall repair (ceiling), replacing the crown moulding and painting. They showed up on time. They covered all the floors to protect them, covered the walls to keep them from being dinged and getting dusty, put down tacky mats to pick up dust and dirt from our shoes at every access point to the work area. The cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy every night when they left...despite the prime living space being under construction, it never felt that way. Based on the very high quality work they performed, we expanded the scope of the project to redo lighting, install more crown moulding, rip out a brick hearth and install new tile. I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"M&D just completed two bathroom renovations for us, and some general painting and touch up. One bathroom was just for refreshed (removal of wall paper, painting, re-grouting, fixing a leak) but the other was a complete refurbishment and renovation. We are very pleased with the results. As with many of the reviews here, Mr. Ivan Mora was on top of the project starting and ending when anticipated. Any changes in cost were reasonable and with good explanation. Since we ordered and provided most of the material, we waited until all the critical items were available prior to starting, which allowed for M&D to complete the work within the estimated time (7-10 days). If additional materials were required, Mr. Mora was able to arrange to pick them up. There was some problem solving to be done regarding our plumbing and again, Mr. Mora did an excellent job to work out a solution that mitigated the potential costs. We will happily refer M&D to others and will be looking to utilizing their services in the future. "

"I used the $450 coupon for two painters for a day to paint all the walls and inside the closets in a 450 square foot studio apartment, which included kitchen and bathroom walls. The all white walls were already washed and sanded. I provided the paint, four gallons of Behr paint that included primer. The painters had to paint around some furniture fixed to the walls, a Murphy bed and shelves, and an Ikea shelving unit. They did a great job. Because the walls were already prepped, it didn't take a full day. So they put on another layer of paint and gave me a full day's worth. Fantastic! It looks beautiful, and they were so nice and professional to work with."
