"Disappointed. He missed the fact that 1 out of the 3 burners on my furnace were not functioning, missed the fact that my hvac condensor unit was held together on the back by a dryer sheet. Missed the Hot Water heater not functioning properly. He also told me I have enough insulation and there was a 10 degree difference between the upstairs and the downstairs in the summer time. I tried calling him, and left messages about this and never received a follow up phone call. Get one of the other companies in the area. He cost me $10,000 for saving a few bucks on the inspection. It wasn't worth it!!!"
