"Total rip off! They estimated a job that was just ridiculous. We found a different plumber who we think is great! Not cheap either but more reasonable and solid workmanship. "

"Pathetic is the best way I can describe Michael and Son service. In fact, service does not even apply to Michael and Son. Our main drain was completely clogged. We waited from Satruday to Monday evening and then they didn't show. I called a local plumber and they came at 0 dark thirty the next morning and fixed the problem. I would not recommend Michael and Son to my worst enemy. "

"Michael and Son Services are by far the worst contractor you can imagine. Their "techs" notice the quotations, are rude and unprofessional scam artists. I use the term tech loosely as they are more like pushy salesman. As soon as they enter your home they push the service agreement. They don't care about your problem they just try to find the most unnecessary and expensive way to repair it. Please save yourself the headache and robbery. These guys are all about money and I know thats how business thrives but at least pretend to care about the customer if you plan on raping their pockets. "

"They work on a rate schedule ... regardless of the amount of time to complete the job, they charge a flat fee for the work. My experience with their plumbing is that they are overpriced for the work/time that is completed.Also, they do try to sell you service agreements."
