I had my 55 inch LED tv mounted on my wall with cables hidden this past weekend. The service techs called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on the service appt time. The work was done professionally with no additional cleanup work left behind. The only issue that I have is I had purchased my own mount and when the tech came out with is mount, he asked if I wanted to use mine. I asked if his mount was included in the job and he said yes. In fact upon receipt of the invoice there was an additional $99.00 cost for this mount. This was clearly a miscommunication that I won't let happen to me again. In addition my cable outlet was about a foot away and this was not pulled behind the walls as the other wires were. It's not that visible, because it is close to the floor. I have to place my cd stand there is camouflage this cable. Other than these items that I suggest get covered right up front, the job was done well, in a short period of time.

These guys are pros! They installed a wireless sound system along with two flat screens. The price was exactly what was quoted, they showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up after the installation. Two weeks after the installation, there was a sensor issue (faulty equipment, not their fault) and I called them. They showed up the same day and fixed the problem within an hour. The initial install is one thing, but the fact they showed up immediately upon hearing of a problem is top notch! I will recommend them to anyone.

These guys should teach a class to all contractors on great service. The two technicians called to tell me they were already at my home (I was enroute) and not to hurry because they were early; they actually anticipated that more time would be needed to get to my appointment via the beltway at rush hour! They were finished in less than an hour, cleaned up everything, and could not have been nicer. I am VERY impressed, and will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
