"Excellent customer service, would highly recommend Mr TV. The service technicians were very professional and very friendly. The work they needed to do wasn't as complicated as we discussed over the phone and they quickly said it would be cheaper than originally quoted. Really like this company and will call them again for next TV install."

"Mr. TV Mount recently mounted a 40" TV on my wall and concealed the cables. It wasn't possible to move the cable jack, however Peter was able to staple down the wiring in a manner that isn't noticeable unless you're really looking for it. He arrived promptly, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job installing the TV. He even programmed the universal remote which I hadn't gotten around to doing. Their rates are reasonable, they don't hit you with extra fees that you are not expecting, and the work is top notch. I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did and HIGHLY recommend this company."

"This company is very professional, from scheduling all the way through completion of the project. Unlike many in this field, they made clear up front if there would be any additional charges, what they would be and why. They then left it to me to decide whether I wanted to move forward with the work. The technician they sent to my home was very professional and meticulous. He did a great job of hanging my 42" flatscreen TV and expertly hid the cables. It looks fantastic and works great. I would highly recommend this company."

"I first searched for companies on the internet and then read the customer reviews Mr Mount was my choice based on that, the day of my install hours ahead of time I received a call that there where some issues at the job prior to mine and that they would be running late and my install time was moved back 2 hours and to see if that would be a problem I agreed to the time change. Two installers showed up at the agreed upon time, they where very efficient and professional. They had to correct a bad install that I went with to save money that turned out horribly (the bolts used in my mount came thru into my sons room and the tips where protruding from his wall, just to give you an idea, also my TV was hung at a slant and much to high for comforitable veiwing) They remounted my TV exchanged the bolts that went through into the next room for bolts the right length, hide the wires by dropping them through the wall, filled in the 8 holes the previous installer had made and vacummed up after themselves, my TV was mounted to the desired height and I am so pleased I have recommended them to everyone I know, and i will be using them again."

"During the period of getting a quote and leading up to the appointment date was a painstaking effort to make certain everything was clear, what was to be done, pricing, everything very thorough. Tech showed up right on time, was very pleasant and extremely quiet, quick and efficient. Work was way above expectations, installation is beautiful, price was excellent. Overall I can not imagine a better experience. Highly recommended!"

"I thought that the service provided was very good, but I wasn't satisfied with one of the technicians that was providing the service due to the fact that he didn't appear to have proper hygiene practices (I'm not sure if he didn't use deodorant or what but his body smell was disgusting and I had to endure that nasty smell until the work completed--very unacceptable for a customer. I had to open the windows in my house so that smell would not be left in my house)."

"I must say the team of two that came from Mr. TV Mount were remarkably prompt, efficient and professional in their install. Some precision instruments used, so that seemed to be a good justification for us to go with them and not just the local handy man. Also note, I got a good special / deal directly off the Mr TV Mount website. Finally, although the appointment that worked for both of us was about four days after my call, a day or two before that, they called to ask if they could come in early because a slot had opened up. This actually worked very well for me, so the install got done earlier than expected. Two weeks down the road and we're still very happy with the job. So far so good..."

"Top Notch! I was incredibly impressed with Mr. TV Mount. They installed 2 HDTV. Not only did they install them, but, returned when our cable company told us that our HDTV needed component cable instead of HD. They were professional, on time, clean, and comprehensive. They were incredibly reasonable and budget friendly. I highly recommend them!"

"I had my 55" LED mounted over my fireplace, and had my wires hidden (in decorative moulding, not in the walls). The work quality was top-notch and even my wife does not mind the massive tv on the wall anymore. I would caution though that it was very expensive -- over $430 ($349 + tax + $80 for 30' of HDMI cables and an optical cable). That being said, it is a focal point in our living room and I wanted it done correctly."

"These guys should teach a class to all contractors on great service. The two technicians called to tell me they were already at my home (I was enroute) and not to hurry because they were early; they actually anticipated that more time would be needed to get to my appointment via the beltway at rush hour! They were finished in less than an hour, cleaned up everything, and could not have been nicer. I am VERY impressed, and will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone."

"These guys are pros! They installed a wireless sound system along with two flat screens. The price was exactly what was quoted, they showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up after the installation. Two weeks after the installation, there was a sensor issue (faulty equipment, not their fault) and I called them. They showed up the same day and fixed the problem within an hour. The initial install is one thing, but the fact they showed up immediately upon hearing of a problem is top notch! I will recommend them to anyone. "

"I had my 55 inch LED tv mounted on my wall with cables hidden this past weekend. The service techs called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on the service appt time. The work was done professionally with no additional cleanup work left behind. The only issue that I have is I had purchased my own mount and when the tech came out with is mount, he asked if I wanted to use mine. I asked if his mount was included in the job and he said yes. In fact upon receipt of the invoice there was an additional $99.00 cost for this mount. This was clearly a miscommunication that I won't let happen to me again. In addition my cable outlet was about a foot away and this was not pulled behind the walls as the other wires were. It's not that visible, because it is close to the floor. I have to place my cd stand there is camouflage this cable. Other than these items that I suggest get covered right up front, the job was done well, in a short period of time."
