"Had a furnace and air conditioner replaced by NorthStar this summer. They beat all other competitor quotes and also included an upgraded thermostat that their competitors did not plus a better warranty. The sales process was great. Jerry provided a quick estimate and answered any questions I had. He followed up with me during and after the install. The installers were courteous and installed the AC and furnace in 1 day. They cleaned up everything. The whole process was outstanding. 1 year of maintenance was included and they came back a few weeks ago and made sure the furnace was running well. They made some adjustments to the gas pressure. Overall excellent service at very competitive (best!) price."
