We have called this company since the first of November at least six times. We leave messages but there is no return call. I wanted to get carpet cleaned in our home before putting it on the market for sale. It is now February and still no response. I want a refund and I don't think I will use Service Alley again.

I have tried numerous times to contact this business but to no avail. I want a refund and will have my rugs cleaned by someone else. This company is giving Living Socials a bad name. They even left a message on their machines saying that they will honor any vouchers going out of date. That was understandable at Thanksgiving but it is now Dec. 18, and you still can't get a hold of anyone. Great deal from Living Social but not if they take their money and run.

I have left more than eight messages in the course of over a month and a half and have not heard a word from Premera. I keep getting the message about my call would be returned in 24 hours.I am very unhappy about this. My experience so far is truly negative and i would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. I would certainly want a refund!! How do I go about getting my money back?
