"I was in prep to have a huge party at my house and my carpet had a few/SEVERAL stains... I called premera...the guy came out (on time) cleaned my carpet and left my carpet looking like new!!! I only had my first floor done but will absolutely call him back for the rest of the house!!!"

"The main reason for getting our carpet cleaned was to get ready for a newborn. We decided to get other areas cleaned that have had carpet stains since we moved in. I was pretty sure the stains were not going to come up since they weren't able to to be cleaned by previous carpet cleaners. My carpet looks BRAND NEW!!!! I will recommend Premera to all my friends and family. The service was great PLUS they use eco friendly cleaning products."

"Two Thumbs Up!!! I have tried different carpet cleaning service, but Premera is by far the best! I have a very hectic schedule, and unlike other companies they were willing to work with me and schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. My carpet HAD stains from high traffic and kids. My carpet looks brand new!!! I am highly satisfied with their service from scheduling to the technician that was very professional. There are so many companies out here that are lacking in many areas, but Premera is THE company to go with! I am going to try their other services too."

"My carpet looks great, but it's been over a month and I haven't gotten my area rug back! They said they had to take it to their shop to clean it, and it would be back in a few days. That was October 2. I can't get a hold of anyone there either. "

"The team had a few problems hooking up the machine hose to my sink, but once they got started it was awesome. They worked really hard to pretreat the high traffic areas in the house, and like the others, my carpet looks awesome! It still shows tread wear but the stains and general graying from dirt over time left by the apartment's previous tenants is completely gone. "

"This is a mixed review - first the negative. Trying to contact this company is next to impossible. It took me more than a week to get a live person so that I could schedule the appointment - of course at that point the earliest I could get was after Thanksgiving. I tried to call three times the week before my appointment to see if an ealier appointment. Every time I called the machine said the office was closed even though it was during their stated business hours. I left messages which the machine said would be returned within 24 hours. Needless to say I have yet to recieve a return phone call 10 days later. I did not recieve a confirmation phone call the day before my scheduled appointment so I tried to call the morning of the appointment. I called the office three times and recieved the machine - I left messages and again never recieved a return call. Now the positive! I recieved a call at 12:30 from the gentleman that was coming to do the cleaning. He was confirming and letting me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he was very friendly and helpful in talking to me about possible upgrade. He explained the reasons he was recommending them and I took most of the upgrades. I have a puppy and we had some spots and a lot of foot traffic on the stairs that looked very bad - my carpet now looks like new. Both gentleman that did the cleaning were so wonderful and the carpet looks and smells amazing. If you can get past the very unresponsive office the actual workers are amazing!!!"

"I have left more than eight messages in the course of over a month and a half and have not heard a word from Premera. I keep getting the message about my call would be returned in 24 hours.I am very unhappy about this. My experience so far is truly negative and i would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. I would certainly want a refund!! How do I go about getting my money back?"

"I have tried numerous times to contact this business but to no avail. I want a refund and will have my rugs cleaned by someone else. This company is giving Living Socials a bad name. They even left a message on their machines saying that they will honor any vouchers going out of date. That was understandable at Thanksgiving but it is now Dec. 18, and you still can't get a hold of anyone. Great deal from Living Social but not if they take their money and run."

"We have called this company since the first of November at least six times. We leave messages but there is no return call. I wanted to get carpet cleaned in our home before putting it on the market for sale. It is now February and still no response. I want a refund and I don't think I will use Service Alley again. "
