Although it took a couple phone calls to get a response, they were very accomodating to my wife's schedule as an in-home daycare provider. When they needed to reschedule because our scheduled technician became ill at the last moment, they were once again very accomodating. The technician who came, PJ, was knowledgable, professional and personable. I was satisfied with the equipment that was used for both our ducts and dryer vent.

Great service. PJ (the technician) was on time, friendly and patient considering I had multiple contractors at the house at one time. He explained what he did and how dirty the ducts were (not too bad). He also was kind enough to re-fasten my dryer vent correctly to the wall as it has been duct taped by the previous owner. Very happy with the service.

I have no idea how well they do their job. I was scheduled, over a month ago, for a vent cleaning today, June 13. They were suppose to be here between 9:30 and 11:30am and the tech calls me at 9:30 and tells me it's going to be another $35 for them to come out to my house in Leesburg, VA - Leesburg, as far as they are concerned isn't in the DC area. I talked to their scheduler when I made the appointment - no mention of additional fees, they called last night and confirmed the appointment - no mention of addition fees, etc... then today after I have scheduled not to go into work this morning, I get this additional fee call. Not an "oops our scheduler should have told you - but since this isn't your fault we will do the job anyway... etc." no it was "sorry mam, but that's just too far outside DC... but you should pay the $35 and have us do the job because that price is still cheaper than other companies"... WHAT!!! OMG - Not Happy at all - could you tell! :)

We have not had the service as yet, Service is slated for June 11th.
