"The Service Man arrived on time. In fact he called and said he would be early and if that was okay. It was okay. He set up the machine right away and started cleaning the carpets. They look great. He removed several stains also. We gave him a tip. We plan to use this service again."

The guy that showed up was very personable and took the extra time to get a spot of paint out of the carpet.
