"They did not diagnose the problem as advertised. Instead they wanted to replace parts to fix the problem. It was too expensive to re-build by replacing each part. Still looking for a company that will diagnose the problem instead of expecting me to pay for expensive parts until they find the problem. The unit is six years old and should not have to be re-built piece by piece."
