Q? How do you clean carpet wet or dry?

A; We wash carpet. We do not do dry cleaning. We use really strong professional carpet cleaning extractors. This machine vacuums really strong and it takes every single dirt and spot. We use in this machine really hot water, hot water helps to clean easy. Plus we use special carpet shampoo and spray.

Q? What kind chemicals do you use? Is that harmful for kids and pets?

A; We use the best stuff. We do not use anything which will hurt your family and your pet. We thing your family is important for us, as much as you. We do not use anything that we cannot use in our home.

I bought a Living Social and had an absolutely awful experience. I should have know better. From the minute I first called for an appointment, the owner tried to up-sell me on the deep clean, which I neither wanted nor needed. When the technician arrived he refused to clean, telling me that only wall-to-wall carpeting was eligible not individual carpets (I asked if he had heard of magic carpets, and were they really wall to wall?) He wanted me to pay $96 dollars to clean a single 8X12 carpet. Would it have been OK i wondered if my 8X12 carpet had been in an 8X12 room? I paid for 900 square feet of cleaning, but obviously he just wanted to collect his fee from Living Social and then Up-sell. He was angry that I would not buy the deep clean services and I believe that is why he gave me a hard time about the rest. At the end of the day, I had him clean one carpet, which he did in five minutes and it looks no better than before he cleaned it. Needless to say I will never go near these dishonest business people again.

Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job with basic cleaning. Extra charges were explained when I booked on the phone. No pressure. Maybe they have learned from the negative reviews below as my experience was completely positive.

person who cleaned the carpet was so nice he explained difference between deep cleaning and basic cleaning but he did not push me to get deep cleaning i was really happy about their service and i can use them again
