"Steve Jones did a fantastic job tuning our piano. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure. He also gave helpful tips on further things we can do to improve the quality of the sound and the feel of our piano. Not only is he a technician, but he is also a musician, so he has very high standards for what he expects the instrument should be able to sound like. He also has helped other clients purchase a piano; I would trust him to help us if we were in the market for such a purchase in the future. "

"Steve was fantastic. He was on time for our appointment and provide friendly and expert service on my upright piano. The piano was damaged during the move so I hired Steve to come repair and tune it. I highly recommend Steve for both repairs and tuning. He also explained the problem of humidity control and how humidity can damage a piano over time. Don't call anybody else, this is you guy!"
