"Only concern with preventative termite treatment was that while the estimator wrote up the service to include re-drilling the stoops front and back, the team that arrived to perform the work initially stated this was not the case. It got sorted out, but I wonder if I would have had all the work performed that I had paid for if I had not been at the home to supervise it."
