"I highly recommend Tim and his wife Simone. Both times I have used them, they were on time, gave me a great rate, were extremely personable and left my place looking great. One especially memorable moment is the first time I used them. I was moving into my condo, had a thousand things going on and Simone graciously offered to take my dog around the block for me."

"We hired Tim's Tidy Touch Painting (Tim Foster) for a last-minute job -- after purchasing our condo, we wanted some wallpaper removed, walls painted, some stains from water damage dealt with, and ceilings painted. When we decided we wanted it done, though, it was only 6 days until the moving truck was scheduled to arrive! Tim and Simone adjusted there schedule to fit our needs, and the job was done with two days to spare, at a very reasonable price (especially for the wallpapered bathroom, which looked like quite a beast of a job for such a small room!), and with excellent results. My wife and I were both very happy with the work they did, and would definitely recommend them. If we need any more painting done, we'll definitely be giving Tim a call!"

"I've had Tim's Tidy Touch Painting do two different jobs for us now--Living and Dining rooms and Kitchen and Basement landing--and we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and lack of paint "drops, drips, or splatters" anywhere. He is quick, very steady, and thorough. Especially impressive is his ability to do trim work without having to tape--our "dropped ceiling" looks especially beautiful. He gives a fair effort for a fair price--very reasonable; I can heartily recommend him. I think I hear my basement calling for a coat or two!"

"This company is a joke. I bought their groupon deal of 3 rooms for $200. It took them forever to reply to my email to schedule an appointment (had to email since they never answer their phone nor return messages). I had them scheduled to come and paint my house on Monday and no one ever showed up. They never called to let me know that they would not be coming. I called the company twice to find out where they were and never got a return call. I finally emailed them in the afternoon and they said that they would check with the crew to see what was going on and let me know and once again, no follow up or reply. The following day I emailed them in the morning to see what happens now that they were a "no show". They wrote me back and said that they would send me more dates to choose from later that day and here's a shocker - they never follow up with more dates! Based off of this, I contacted groupon and cancelled this order. I'm not paying money to be ignored and not have people show when scheduled. I would not recommend and don't buy any more groupon deals from these clowns. "

"Bought a livingsocial deal, called to schedule appointment and was told they dont service my area, even tho it shows on their map and it is even closer than some of the areas they do serve. I was told I needed to pay and extra $35, that is fine, I continued to ask about anohter room I wanted to get an estimate as well, and the lady whom asnwered the phone kept telling me about how good the deal was and to try and have someone else painting my room for the price on the coupon I had and she laughed at me. I am sorry, but I already had moved on from the extra $35 dollars for the "out of their are" service fee. What happened with the customer service in this country? I dont know. But I rather pay extra to someone that does not have an attitude and treats their costumers with respec. I will gladly take the $500 dollars I needed to pay for having high ceilings painted elsewhere. Your loss, not mine. I get to have my room painted, get my money back from living social and you loose a costumer and I will never recommend anyone to use your services, as a military family we do come along plenty of people to recommend good companies, yours will definetely not be one of them."

"I only gave 1 star because I HAD to. I would prefer to leave none or a negative rating. I purchased the groupon deal and was so excited to have my daughter's bedroom painted. I live 2 miles from their service and area and assumed my neighborhood was considered in "the area." I did, however, reach out to confirm and was it would cost $35 - bothered but the deal was still worth it. I purchased and requested their next available appointment. I then called twice a week to follow-up and only got to speak someone ONCE! She advised they were finalizing their December schedule and would call me back with dates that evening. 1 week later, I got an email from Simone with 2 dates, asking if I was willing to pay the additional $135 fee and can they start at 6 a.m. I sent a response immediately for more information and 2 weeks later, when I didn't have a response from her I sent an email requesting a refund. ODDLY enough, within 1 hour, I had a response - "please go through Living Social for refunds. Thanks." WOW, a paying customer blown off from day 1... I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for "quality and TRUE VALUE" (as they state in their motto) go to a company who cares about the TRUE VALUE found in QUALITY customer service."

"Bought the groupon. They wont even call back unless you pretend to have a big job. We were going to paint my daughters baby to be but never received a response to all of our emails and calls. They are using groupon to drum up business and not honoring them. DO NOT USE THEM OR BUY IT!!! You will regret it!!!"
