"I just had my apartment cleaned by TNT and I am not just disappointed, I am furious. TNT was scheduled to arrive at 1pm...they showed up at 6:40pm. Upon arrival, I specifically asked them if I should take any steps to ensure that the legs of my antique dining room wouldn't be damaged. I was smugly assured that they are "very careful" and not to do anything. After they were finished, I discovered two large gouges in the table legs (the technician did offer to pay for the repairs...I have asked for an estimate, and we'll see if they actually make good and pay for their destruction). Finally, after I though this entire fiasco was over, they spilled a gallon of dirty water in my home, and needed to use one of my bath towels. The package I paid for was supposed to include "vacuuming and steam cleaning." After they left, I realized that they never vacuumed, so I'm left with an apartment that has wall to wall carpet littered with sopping wet dust balls. I am furious with this company and do not recommend them under any circumstances."
Hello Sir, before technicians were dispatched to your home we made several attempts to contact you at both numbers provided. After leaving several messages your roommate returned my call at 4:32 pm. He stated that he hadn't noticed that his phone was on silent, but he still wanted services provided. I told him that the techs had gone to their next client and that they would be there once they finished, in which the arrival time was 6:20 pm.
As far as the table, you did ask the tech if you should protect the legs of your table and he said they were careful, unfortunately the table was chipped by his assistant and instead of walking out of your home without telling you, the tech immediately brought the small chip to your attention...In your review you mentioned that they were large gouges, but the pictures that were sent to me by my staff states otherwise, this is something that could have clearly been fixed with a furniture pen. But because we are taking responsibility for our mistake, we have offered to pay for the damages.
To address the spilled water, the tech was adjusting his equipment to accommodate a walking area for your roommate who was unloading groceries and the hose was dislodged from the machine and less than 12 ounces of (clean water) not dirty, spilled from the machine. The techs assured me that you offered them an old towel to absorb the water which was spilled in your foyer and not on your carpet.
I think you’re under the impression that steam cleaning does not consist of using water… which is incorrect, the STEAM is produced when the water is heated to over 200 degrees and the extractor VACUUMS up any loose soil and access water,so those two services stated in the deal were provided, this is the finally process, so there is NO way possible dust balls were left on your carpet. However the tech stated that he placed and did forget a wad of hair on your table, when he couldn't locate your trash can, which I apologize for.
In closing, for you to say that this was a FIASCO really took me for a loop. Within the last 2 weeks we have serviced over 25 satisfied customers, we have NEVER had any reviews such as the one you’ve posted. None of the issues discussed were brought to either of the technician's attention, also in reading your review, there was nothing mentioned about how clean your carpets actually turned out.

"I had considered replacing my 10+ year old carpet, especially after having two puppies dropped off at my house last winter. TNT restored my carpet beautifully. They removed the smell and even made the high traffice area look new again. I have had cleaned the carpet myself with the rental machines and I have also hired big named companies to clean them as well. I have NEVER had a company use the "scrubber". TNT suctioned the carpet and it was completely dry in a few hours. I will ALWAYS contact TNT for my future carpet cleaning needs.! "

"We have a four-story condo building with 28 units and had TNT come out to shampoo the carpet in our hallways and stairwells. We have a Berber commercial-grade carpet The results were positive and the "heavy traffic" areas especially look renewed. While they were running late on a Friday afternoon, they communicated by email and phone and took care of us. TNT did not rush through our job; they took their time and did a very thorough cleaning. Would recommend them for sure."

"Excellent, professional job. The cleaners called several hours in advance when they were running a bit behind - it turns out they were late because they were short staffed - so Tewanna the owner herself filled in - That's a great work ethic & reveals the owner's integrity. Will use TNT again - in fact we have already scheduled them for another job in a different apt. Thanks!"

"My daughter purchased a voucher for cleaning services, but when I called to schedule my appointment TNT were all booked up.. The lady in their office told me if there was a cancellation I would be called, and she did just that. She called me at 4pm. I explained that I wouldn't be home until 5, with traffic I arrived around 5:30, but was amazed to find their van parked in my driveway waiting on me...that's what I call exceptional custom service.. Two thumbs up."

"Happy with the service. Arrived exactly on time, and was in and out in about an hour and a half of cleaning my 5 yr old condo. The carpet itself wasn't soooo much cleaner than before, and felt a little crunchy after it dried, nor did the stubborn stains completely come off, which was expected. Great price, good people, would use again!"

"I purchased a voucher from TNT for basic cleaning, I didn't know the different phases of cleaning but I upgraded to a deep cleaning and my carpets looked great.. My daughter is having her first birthday party next week and I'm sure I'll be calling them back again. They were on time and did a excellent job, I could tell the technician took pride in his work. Oh I noticed my before an after picture on Facebook lol!!!"

"I had an appointment yesterday (12/2) at 5:00 p.m. The didn't show up, nor did they call! I left a message, but will now have to wait until Monday to reschedule."

Because there were so many vouchers purchased, there was an overwhelming response for cleaning during the holiday season, the voucher states appointments are made upon availability..myself and the techs have given 110% in getting our customers serviced..
Consumers must realize that hundreds of vouchers are being sold and they should call immediately to schedule appointments even if it's weeks in advanced...
A thumbs down review is a little harsh because we couldn't accommodate you.. I personally think a negative review should be based on our services only..
Ms. Connie if I have no appointment available, I always take your name and number in the event someone cancels, but after reviewing my calendar and phone records, I haven't found anything indicating that I've spoken with you ... please call me at 1-800-371-3010.

"The lady who answered the phone was very sweet, but they had sold so many that it will be a month or so before they can come out to clean our rugs. I hate to give a thumbs down, but I haven't used their service. Maybe there should be a way that I can postpone the review."
As I've mentioned in the past, negative reviews should be based on the quality of our work not wether an appointment can be obtained.
I have customers who set appointments and cancel on a regular basis, but I fill them in with clients that are set at later dates.
Our business thrives from reviews and for somebody to click on our business and see a thumbs down is damaging to us. We take carpet cleaning VERY serious.
When you purchased your voucher, there are instructions they states appointments are upon availability and we give 110% to try to fulfill all requests.
I think this review should have been posted only after you carpet had been cleaned..
Mr. Crawford I called you on two seperarte occasions to confirm your appointment and I haven't gotten a response... With the high prices of gas and the discounted carpet cleaning prices it is our policy to receive a confirmation before a technician is dispatched. We will honor your voucher however you will have to reschudule.

"I purchased a Groupon for this service earlier in 2012. I scheduled for July 2012- this date was rescheduled by TNT carpet cleaning due to damage to their truck from the June 2012 storm, which was perfectly acceptable to me. I rescheduled for today (August 12, 2012) at 2pm- this was confirmed via a phone call, and an email to TNT carpet cleaning (which they responded to, confirming the appt today for 2pm, along with my address). It is now 8pm on Sunday, August 12, 2012- I have left 2 voice messages and an email (same ones that I used to contact them previously, and got responses confirming the appointment). I have not heard back from them, and I have no idea if they are planning on showing up. I have checked my phone for missed calls, and do not have any from TNT Carpet Cleaning notifying me of a change or trying to get a hold of me. I have also checked my spam filters on email, and have received no messages from them. I will be posting an update on whether this issue is resolved. *Update August 13* TNT contacted me, apparently Service Alley was supposed to cancel the appt (due to service equiptment out of order). I am supposed to get a refund in the next 2-3 days. Will post an update."

"They did a very nice job. I purchased a Service Alley voucher for up to 1,600 square feet for $98. Since my whole house is only 1,400 sq feet and approximately 900 sq feet are carpeted I assumed all my carpets would be shampooed. I had to pay $30 extra for my stairs. But since $98 was a great deal I didn't mind paying extra. The only thing negative was all my carpet was extremely wet and took about 12 - 15 hours to completely dry. I do recommend their company."
