"Honestly i didn't know what to think, because of the excellent pricing, however we were very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. We have paid much more, for far less service and quality in the past. All we can say is Wow!! Mike"

"They didn't dust or clean the floors, which I thought came with an apartment cleaning. They cleaned my oven, but two burners don't work now. I contacted them to complain but never got a response. "

"I'd give a thumbs up for the cleaning that was done. My problems were that a few surfaces were missed in the kitchen, and I did not like the way I was left to feel uncomfortable by the technicians who huddled to whisper about who knows what. I also did not like the way that area rugs were put on top of cleaned tables and furniture to mop the floor. Also, despite calling twice and being reassured that the technicians would bring green and non-scented cleaners, the technicians said they were not told, and they lamented that they could not use Pinesol and other chemicals with fragrance. I had to supply the cleaners. Finally, I am not at all convinced this was a deal of any kind. When it came time to pay the technicians they had no idea I had a coupon, and yet, asked for payment equivalent to the coupon price. When I pressed what the normal charges were, they fumbled and looked at each other awkwardly. From what I understand it is not legal to offer a discount when that is the regular price used, and that is what it seemed to me. Service Alley has a responsibility to ensure that a true deal is being given, and not just the usual price if advertised as a special rate."

"Unreliable, total failures. I made 2 separate appointments and they were NO SHOWS. I called after the first n "no show" and a person who gave his name as Michael Davis apologized profusely and stated that he did not have me on the calendar and promised to give an extra hour for the next appointment. I made the next appointment and after waiting more than two hours called (I had called earlier in the day, left a message for them to call re the appointment, which I did not receive a return call) and again was told that I was not on the calendar. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY! HOW COULD YOU RECOMMEND AN OUTFIT LIKE THIS!"

"They called to say that they would be late, after their scheduled arrival time. Then they showed up even later than that. We gave them a list of the cleaning we wanted done. They said that they could do it in the allotted time. It turns out that they didn't dust anywhere but a small study, they didn't dust the blinds and they used an oily substance to clean the outside of the refrigerator. We definitely would not recommend them."

"I had a very pleasant experience with the maid service. The two ladies paid attention to detail and were able to complete all of the things I chose to have done in 2 hours. I was given the opportunity to look over my house with them before they left to "make sure the job is completed to (my) satisfaction". With that option I can't see how anyone can have any complaints. (Maybe that option was not given) I have no complaints and plan to go on a regular cleaning schedule with them. 2 thumbs up!!!"

"I purchased a Google Offer for mobile auto detailing. For the first appointment the technician was supposed to arrive between 3-5 pm. He called and left a message at 12:30 pm to ask if he could come early but we weren't home. In any case, he never showed up and we called and he said we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following wee and then they called and said that there was going to be a threat of rain and they wanted to reschedule. It was sunny all day. This company does not seem to be reputable and I didn't want to have the car stay home another day (my son drives it to school). I had no problem canceling with Google. I'd steer clear of this company."

"Unable to schedule maid service because no one returns calls or answers the phone when you call during business hours. I requested and received a REFUND!! I didn't want to run the risk of poor customer service leading to poor performance or quality of work."

"We booked our house cleaning for this past Monday the 25th. No one came and no one has answered our repeated calls and emails. I would love to use the coupon but I think I'll get a refund and use someone more reputable."

"This is the second time I made appt. and they didnot show up or call!! I made appt a week ago for today from 11a.m to 1p.m. it is now 3:05P.M. and no show or nobody called! I been calling the 3 numbers repeatly it goes to voice Mail and the voice mail if full! You would think by now they would correct there customer service problem!! I TOOK OFF FROM WORK AND MOVE THE FURNITURE AROUND AND PUT ON BALCONY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! "

"I have called USA Premium Cleaning on several occasions, get voice mail and NEVER have gotten a call back. I would like a refund. I can't wait for these people any longer. I think Service Alley should vet these service providers better. How do I get a refund?"

"Like so many others, I have been trying to get a hold of USA Premium Cleaning in order to redeem the voucher I purchased with service alley and to no avail. I've tried calling the number on service alley, the number on their website, e-mails and voice messages and I still cant get through. Hopefully the customer service at service alley is better than USA Premium Cleaning, because I want a REFUND."

"Avoid this business like the plague. I unfortunately purchased 2 vouchers for their cleaning services in March. After making a series of calls, I finally was able to get through to someone to schedule a cleaning. I have to say -- this was the absolute poorest cleaning job I'd ever seen. You could barely tell our place had been cleaned at all, other than the sink was somewhat cleaner. Almost nothing at all had been dusted, and the floors and tub were in almost the same condition as when they arrived. What's worse -- one of the cleaners used the bathroom while she as here, and upon emerging a horribly pungent sewer-like smell wafted throughout our home. It was almost nauseating. She obviously was having serious intestinal issues, so I had to sanitize that bathroom myself after they left, and tried to wipe-down anything else I could remember her touching in case she had anything contagious. Maybe I should send them the bill for the cleaning I had to do as a result of their "cleaning". They actually called shortly afterward to see if I was satisfied, and I had no problem telling them the unvarnished truth. Yet I believe in 2nd chances, and told them I had a 2nd voucher and was willing to give them a 2nd chance. My mistake. We have been trying for over 2 months to schedule the 2nd cleaning, but no one returns the numerous voicemails we've left on both their numbers. Not only are they unreputable and unreliable, but also unprofessional and do poor-quality work."

"I have never accused a business of committing fraud, so I guess I won't start now, but this business did make it impossible for me to use the $267 of vouchers I purchased for their house cleaning services. No one at USA Premium Cleaning ever answered the phone when I called, nor did anyone ever respond to any of the messages I left trying to schedule the cleaning, and I left at least four messages over a five-day period. I wonder if this business even exists."
