"I recently had a problem with mold in my basement. I did some research and found that V Clean had a BBB A+ rating and called them to tell me what I needed done. The staff were courteous and the technicians arrived on time, discussed my options and gave me a very good price. After I authorized the work, they did a terrific job of get rid of this serious problem for me. I was very impressed with their professionalism and effeciency. I will strongly recommend V Clean to anyone who wants to use any of thier services."

"I just bought a home and i was told that i needed my air ducts cleaned. I called vclean and set up the air duct cleaning, the customer service rep i spoke with was very informative and she explained the procedures, which was great. The tech came in and went over everything with me so that i understood what they were doing. Once the cleaning was done I could feel a difference in the air flow in some of the rooms. I have already recommended this company to a few friends, and will be calling them back to have my carpets cleaned. "

"I just recently had my air ducts cleaned by this company. What a very nice small business. The customer service representative was very helpful with anwereing my questions over the phone and booking my appointement. I received a call the day before my appointment to confirm, which was good because i almost forgot about it. Then they also called me the same day as my appointment about 30 mins before the tech arrived to inform me they were on the way, which was also very helpful. When the tech arrived he was very informative and explained the procedures with me as well as made some very good recommendations for the treatment of my vents. After the work was performed my vents look so much better and there was a significant change in the air flow of my vent system. I am very pleased with vclean's services and would definitely recommend their services to anyone. I will also be giving them a call to clean the tile and grout in my bathroom. Looking forward to using this company again."

"Very professional...everything was great from the get go. I bought a voucher, called the number, and had an appt within 5 days. The cleaner was on time to the second and explained what needed and didnt need to be done. The guy scrubbed the crap out of the carpet and left our dirty house smelling clean. Excellent work! Positive notes: On time, Easy to use voucher, great work and very honest"

"This company was the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. I was quoted a time between "2 and 4" and that someone would call me 1/2 hr before the arrival time. Since this was duct cleaning, I had already made all ducts accessible by moving furniture etc to accommodate the job. It was also on a Friday afternoon and I had guests arriving the following morning. At 2:20 pm, I called because my phone had a missed call. Yep. It was VClean. I called back IMMEDIATELY and since they had said that I would get a call 1/2 hr prior, I wasn't upset. However, when I called back, I was told that I would have to reschedule since the technician had been sitting in my driveway for the past 1/2 hr! I was told that he came to my door and knocked but no one was home!! I never left my house after 10 AM, and needless to say, I now had a house in disarray, with guests coming, and they flatly refused to do the job. I was told that they would be back on Sat AM. The technician who showed up on Sat was scary. He was aggressive, gruff, and sarcastic. (His helper, on the other hand, was really professional). By now, my guests had arrived and they witnessed his unprofessional behavior as well. He barked orders, wasted 20 minutes "writing" and I told him that the job was $49.00 for 8 vents. I fully expected to pay additionally for the remaining vents, but he handed me a contract for over $700.00 for the job! It was atypical bait and switch deal, and I told him just to do the job that I had purchased. He refused to do so, saying it would not be done properly and I had to get everything else done or it wouldn't be done at all. At that point, I had reached my level of tolerance for his arrogant dismissal of my request (after all, I AM the customer!) and told him to leave. He was the nastiest, most aggressive person that I have ever allowed into my home and my guests were witnesses to his surly behavior. I am requesting a full refund from Service Alley, and really don't know if I will ever purchase another service from this site. Definitely DON'T use this company. You get what you pay for."

"VClean called ahead like they said they would, arrived on time, were thorough and respected our floors by laying out protection, quickly accomplished what we agreed upon, didn't try to oversell extra services but offered them and generally did a great job. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends."

"Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with. Complete scam job. They came to clean our ducts and then told us we had an extremly severe mold problem and were putting our daughter's life in danger because of it. They demanded we pay $1,000 for mold treatment and refused to clean the system if we didn't pay for it. We, of course, said no and obtained a second opinion from multiple other reputable duct cleaners. In the end we hired a highly regarded duct cleaning service to come do the job for less then a third of what Vlcean demand. And the mold? Nothing more than what is commonly found in a dirty duct system. Thank goodness Service Alley is decent and refunded our money. "

"This review is for carpet cleaning: I got the basic cleaning package. The tech called early to make sure it was okay for him to arrive. He was courteous, funny, and professional. I wasn't expecting miracles on my carpet. There are still stains, but overall it smells and looks a bit brighter. I had no problem leaving my place and running some errands while he cleaned. When he was finished he gave me a call and I came home to a job well done. I think a lot of the comments are people who expected brand new looking carpets. Unless you are willing to pay for deep cleaning, you are going to get what you paid for. "

"I had my carpets steam-cleaned. Words of caution--Be careful of the up-sale to additional services. Note that the "pre-conditioning" is per room. Pay close attention to what you sign. Cleaning seemed a little too fast from my past experience with steam cleaning carpets."
