I'm with Kristen H, as well. Purchased a cleaning deal and getting them to call me back to schedule a cleaning has proven to be impossible. I'll never purchase a deal through Service Alley like this again. Versatile Clean Team does not understand that to be in the service industry, communication is key.

This has been an awful experience! They never called me back and I am still waiting for an appointment. Service Alley should better screen providers for capacity before selling a large number of discount offers which the provider cannot fill. This is my first experience with both Versatile and Service Alley and I am extremely disappointed.
