"The attitude of the people who did the job was not good. I would rate the work above average. They did good work in the bathroms. When we pointed out to clean some places they said they will ask us at the end but they just left as soon as they finished leaving uncleaned."

They are prompt and clean very well, change sheets, even on kids' bunk beds, and can wade through legos and bring order to kids rooms. They clean the floors under area carpets. They get to work and need little if any direction. "

Service Alley should better screen providers for capacity before selling a large number of discount offers which the provider cannot fill. I'll never purchase a deal through Service Alley like this again. Versatile Clean Team does not understand that to be in the service industry, communication is key. "
