"I love working with Victor and his team. I have used is company over four times for various jobs around the house. He is very prompt to get back to me. He uses email and text which is a huge bonus. The first project was to have the TV cables hidden behind the mantle, the mantle painted including the brick, our radiator painted and shelves installed in the dining room. Another job we had a large light fixture installed in the living room and sliding shelves installed in the kitchen cabinets. We had the water damage to our kitchen ceiling repaired. The newest job is installing new recessed lighting in the stairway and giant eyebolts in the concrete of our garage floor to lock up our Vespas. "

"I was extremely pleased by our experience with Victor Faustino's handyman services. I had called with a list of items that needed work, and when Jonathan arrived, added a couple more. He took care of everything quickly and well, and gave me a number of pointers about how to follow up myself if there are ever similar problems. Jonathan came twice, and each time was on time, friendly, and responsive. I was able to reach Victor easily too. My final bill was exactly what Victor had quoted me on the phone when we set up the appointment. I'd use them again without any hesitation."

"Called Victor Faustino Handyman Services on 10/19/12 to schedule an appointment and was told to email him. I emailed on 10/19/12 and I am currently waiting for a reply to schedule the drywall repair work"

"It took me 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get the repairman here but once scheduled, he came and worked efficiently. In estimating that I had 4 hours of work, per the voucher, I did not know that the sanding of the plaster after it dried was not considered part of the plaster repair, but of painting, which was not part of the Service Alley deal, so in the end, I paid for 4 hours and got 2. Thus, while I might consider seeking these handyman services in the future, I won't be doing a Service Alley deal again. "

"Not really impressed. They try to up-sell you to also paint the wall, however sanding of the wall to get it ready to paint isn't included? Plus globs of drywall were left on my floor and various parts of the wall and corners. It only took them an hour to finish the work, which I don't mind, I just would have liked to have been at least 90% satisfied. They had 3 more hours blocked, the workers could have spent 15 more minutes doing a superb job instead of an insufficient job."

"This is a partial thumbs up because of miscommunication issues. When Victor came to evaluate our house project needs, he was professional, courteous and little tardy because of traffic. He promptly email me after his visit and sent me several estimates on the projects we talk about. We choose the project that best utilize the 4 hours voucher. It took several days to set up a schedule date and then it had to be reschedule because of Hurricane Sandy. Apparently, i misread the reschedule date because i was expecting them to show up on Friday Nov. 2 at 8am but it was set for Friday Nov. 9 at 8am. Victor email later that week to change the time to 11:30am which was fine,however, on the day of the schedule work, I get a call from Victor at 11am stating that his workers were in a car accident. We reschedule for later that afternoon. The guys came and did an excellent job even though they did not finish everything. This company did a good job but because of the miscommunication and delays, it left a bad impression with me and my wife. We may used them again but we have to think about it first. "
