"I had gutters and a soffit installed. They did a very professional job and took care of the area that they worked. I have also used them for some tile work and they did a great job as well. I would recommend and will use them in the future. I have even gotten an idea of what projects that I need done would cost due to Matthew's willingness to listen to my needs. "I had an electrical issue with my track lighting and called for a handyman. They emailed me a contract and informed me that they would charge me for 3 hours (even if the electrical work takes more/less than 3 hours). I gave them my credit card number over the phone and they charged my credit card before the handyman came (their policy). However, the next day, I was able to fix my electrical problem myself. The contract allowed a 3 day window for me to cancel the job after submission so I informed them that I no longer needed their services, which they said was fine. However, when I got my credit card bill, Willis Builders did not credit me BACK. I was charged a service that was never performed! I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and then Willis Builders returned my money. It felt as if they were hoping that I was one of the individuals that don't read their credit card statements. "
