We would meet to measure your closet(s), take inventory of your existing items like long hang, short hang, folded items and shoes and create a design through an online closet manufacturing company that would double your storage space. Once design is agreed upon, you would purchase the closet system from the closet manufacturing company and pay Closet Prep & Paint to install it. Estimated cost to install one 6’ x 6’ walk in closet is between $420 and $550 depending on the complexity of your design. Estimated cost of closet design will vary depending on the complexity of your design, but will start between $640 - $1120. The process is very quick, so you won’t be out of your space for long. After our initial design consultation, you will be emailed a design and price for your closet. Once you agree to your design, you order it online. The closet manufacturing company ships the closet parts to you within 24 hours and Closet Prep & Paint schedules one to two days to prep and install your new closet - 1 day to prep and paint your closet and 1 day to install your closet. You remove the contents of your closet the night before prep begins, we remove your existing rods and shelves and repair and paint the walls and install the new closet system and you move back in that night.
