In this deal, M&M is offering a complete remodeling of a 5'x8' (40 sq. ft.) bathroom for just $5,999, a project that would normally cost up to $10,000. Here's how this deal works:

(2) This $999 then serves as your deposit on the full bathroom remodel at the $5,999 total price
(3) You then pay the remaining balance of $5,000 directly to M&M

The services included in the deal are:

• Inspection of bathroom
• Remodeling plans consultation
• Delivery of materials
• Sealing off room with plastic
• Removal of existing bathtub, toilet, vanity, all ceramic tiles, all plumbing and light fixtures
• Installation of new bathtub
• Installation of new shower & bath faucet/plumbing

The $5,999 total price includes a standard material allowance of $1,100, broken down as follows:

• Up to $200 for new bathtub
• Up to $130 for new toilet
• Up to $200 for new vanity combo
• Up to $100 new medicine cabinet and mirror
• Up to $100 for new shower head and bath faucet
• Up to $80 for new sink faucet
• Up to $50 for new exhaust fan
• Up to $40 for wooden baseboard
• Up to $100 for paint
• Up to $100 for drywall and cement board
• Please note that all tile materials are excluded and must be provided or purchased separately through M&M

Customers can also choose to purchase their own materials, which M&M will then install as long as those materials are on-site the first day of the project. Clients can then apply the credit for those included materials toward upgrades of the other standard materials. For example, a customer who supplies their own bathtub can apply the included $200 bathtub allowance towards the vanity, toilet, sink faucet, or any of the other materials listed above. Also, if you want to spend more on a specific material, you can, you'll just need to pay the difference directly to M&M.
